Swan Pink and Yellow is a beautiful Columbine variety known for its striking bicolor blooms with pink outer petals and yellow centers. These charming perennials typically bloom in late spring to early summer. Removing stems after flowering may encourage another bloom. Flowers best in filtered sun and rich well-drained soils. Deer resistant and drought tolerant once established.
