Samurai Toad Lily is a shade loving herbaceous perennial that forms a loose clump of veined lily like dark green foliage with thin creamy gold edges and hairy undersides. Slender erect stems hosting small purple spotted flowers with yellow throats bloom in early fall. Grows best in part shade with moist to wet well-drained and slightly acidic soils. All parts are toxic if ingested.
